About The Position

Red Robin servers are part of the Front of House service team and help deliver a fun and satisfying dining experience to Guests. The role involves taking orders using handheld technology and serving food and drinks accurately and promptly. Strong customer service skills are essential. Compensation includes a base pay rate of $2.13 plus variable tips; hourly pay will not be less than the applicable minimum wage. The position offers opportunities to grow with Red Robin.
