About The Position

Apex Entertainment is hiring enthusiastic, high-energy Servers for its Marlborough location. Servers provide a friendly, attentive guest experience in a lively, fast-paced dining environment by taking and delivering orders, answering questions, and helping guests make informed choices about food, beverages, promotions, and attractions. The role also includes keeping tables and service stations organized, supporting teammates, and completing additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to work a flexible schedule; weekends and evenings are required.
Experience with POS systems and strong cash-handling skills.
Excellent multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm and positive in fast-paced situations.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred.
Event service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service throughout each guest’s visit.
Create a fun and welcoming atmosphere at every table.
Share knowledge of food, beverages, and promotions to make recommendations.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and needs.
Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting allergies and special requests.
Deliver orders carefully and precisely.
Clear and reset tables, keeping the dining area clean and organized.
Learn the menu, including ingredients and allergen details.
Stay informed about the facility’s attractions and experiences to answer guest questions and make suggestions.
Complete opening and closing duties and keep service stations stocked and organized.
Support teammates by running food, answering phones, and pre-bussing as needed.
Monitor activity throughout the facility to anticipate guest needs.
Take on additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by management.
