About The Position

The Server’s primary responsibility is to serve meals to Members and Guests. The role may be assigned to various Food and Beverage outlet locations depending on business levels, and the employee is expected to work holidays wherever needed, even when their primary outlet is closed.

Requirements

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), and at least 3 months of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to stand and walk; use hands and fingers to handle and feel; reach with hands and arms; talk, hear, taste, and smell.
Occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, beverages, wines, and service.
Relay orders accurately to the kitchen and serve courses from the kitchen and service bars.
Perform assigned side work and stock credenzas according to standard operating procedures.
Greet Members and Guests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, and use each Member’s or Guest’s name at least three times during the service period.
Deliver and serve food and beverage orders efficiently.
Restock the station for the next meal and check out with a supervisor.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and prices.
Account for each station’s finances according to established procedures and use the Infogenesis system properly.
Respond to Member and Guest questions, complaints, and suggestions, and inform a supervisor of these or of maintenance issues.
Attend Resort training classes as required and outlet staff meetings as scheduled.
Work in various Food and Beverage outlets according to business levels and work holidays wherever needed.
