About The Position

Perform fitness services according to Pinehurst Country Club Fitness Center procedures, including teaching group fitness classes and providing individual personal training. Respond to member and guest needs and requests. The role requires availability from 4–7 p.m. and for some weekend hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Nationally recognized group fitness and personal training certifications.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or obtain certification within 60 days of hire.
• Computer software experience.
• Strong understanding of good health habits and exercise.
• Ability to manage time, fitness classes, and a duty schedule with minimal supervision.
• Availability from 4–7 p.m. and for some weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of resort operating hours and services.
