Responsibilities

Arrive on time as indicated on the work schedule.
Meet restaurant uniform requirements and keep the uniform clean and maintained.
Maintain positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
Exemplify hospitality standards and answer guests’ questions about the restaurant.
Handle guest requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
Cooperate with management and coworkers and assist others with duties as needed.
Communicate suggestions for improvement positively.
Follow national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines specified by the restaurant.
Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know the restaurant’s emergency procedures.
Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of standards and procedures stated in the associate handbook.
Build thorough product knowledge of food, wine, and liquor and apply proficient service procedures.
