About The Position

Bella is bringing Mediterranean flavors and coastal hospitality to Miami Beach and is seeking Servers for its opening team. Servers create memorable dining experiences by providing warm, attentive service, sharing menu knowledge, and bringing positive energy to every table. The position includes maintaining an enjoyable and well-timed guest experience, offering food and drink recommendations, responding to guest questions and requests, communicating special accommodations to managers, and keeping the dining area clean. Requirements

• At least 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to multitask.
• A passion for hospitality and guest connection.
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift, move, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest's dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant.
• Maintain a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and drink selections.
• Answer questions about food and beverage preparation.
• Inform managers of special accommodations, such as food allergies, before reporting them to the kitchen.
• Maintain the cleanliness of tables and the dining area around guests.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work related to job duties.
• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns.
