About The Position

Red Robin servers are part of the Front of House service team and help create a fun and satisfying dining experience for guests. Servers take orders using handheld technology and serve food and drinks accurately and in a timely manner. Strong customer service skills are essential. The role offers a base pay of $3.35 per hour plus variable tips; hourly pay will not be less than the applicable minimum wage. The position is open to applicants who are at least 18 years old.
