About The Position

Red Robin Servers are part of the Front of House service team and help deliver a fun, satisfying dining experience to Guests. The role involves taking orders with handheld technology and serving food and drinks accurately and promptly. Strong customer service skills are essential. Servers receive a base pay of $16.90 plus tips, with additional earnings opportunities.
