About The Position

At Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment, Servers provide Guests with food, drinks, and entertainment while delivering exceptional, timely service. Servers learn the menu and make recommendations, demonstrate knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails, and uphold the company’s safety and sanitation standards. They welcome and engage Guests, ensure orders are accurate, anticipate needs, deliver food and drinks promptly, process payments, and invite Guests back. The role also involves maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe work area and completing required side work.

Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but is not required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold alcohol certification where required. Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays may be needed based on business needs. The stated salary range is $2.13 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Alcohol certification, as required.
• Comply with company uniform standards.

• Effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with all Guests, serving as an ambassador of FUN.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Demonstrate knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate Guest needs.
• Follow local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies.
• Process payment transactions and invite Guests back.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe work area and server section, and complete necessary side work.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
