About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Server at Summit in Little Rock, Arkansas. The position pays $15–$19.50 per hour and is scheduled Friday and Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The Server welcomes residents, remains present in the dining room, encourages social connection, and helps make residents feel at home. The role also includes preparing dining areas and food items for service, bussing tables, sweeping floors, and communicating with supervisors and Wellness staff about residents who miss meals or show poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency.
Must have a positive, energetic attitude and a willingness to work with residents.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and help them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables and salads for service and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors.
Notify supervisors and Wellness staff when residents show poor dietary habits, unusual changes in appetite, or are absent from meals.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
