About The Position

QSL Management is seeking a Server for The Glenncrest at Johns Creek. The role supports a welcoming dining experience for residents and guests in a senior living community. Servers provide gracious hospitality, guide guests through menus, maintain dining areas, and coordinate with team members to provide prompt, high-quality service. The position may also assist in the bar, coffee shop, meal preparation, stock maintenance, and special events as scheduled or requested. The listed schedule is full-time, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with flexibility to work other shifts, weekends, holidays, and pre-planned special events. The salary is $15.75–$17.00.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Food server or hospitality experience.
• A caring attitude and willingness to serve others.
• Willingness to work with older adults in a senior living environment and prepare food that meets or exceeds hospitality and service standards.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including holidays, weekends, and pre-planned special events.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work with staff and residents.
• ServSafe certification if applicable under state requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Bar Card, if applicable under state requirements.
• Knowledge of a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents and guests receive gracious hospitality and have a pleasant dining experience.
• Assist in the bar and coffee shop as scheduled.
• Guide guests through menus and demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverages.
• Maintain or exceed appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards in dining areas.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with team members to deliver food promptly and provide high-quality service.
• Set and reset tables according to company standards.
• Assist with meal preparation when requested.
• Help maintain stock levels for the bar, coffee shop, and front of house.
• Assist with special events and activities as requested.
