About The Position

Lake Seminole Square is hiring a hospitality-focused Server for its culinary team. The role performs hands-on serving functions in an upscale senior-living community and provides courteous, professional dining service to residents. The position is part-time, scheduled from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and pays $15 per hour with no tips. The community describes the work environment as clean, beautiful, and lake-view, with an independent working environment and a supportive team culture.

Requirements

At least completion of sophomore year in high school.
Passion for hospitality and senior engagement.
Enthusiasm and compassion for senior care.

Responsibilities

Maintain community standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
Adhere to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards.
Maintain dining-room appearance and presentation standards.
Set tables and keep workstations in proper order.
Take orders and provide service and requested items graciously and courteously.
Answer relevant questions about menu items.
Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere.
Maintain professionalism in conduct and appearance and follow the community’s hospitality promises.
