About The Position

At Long Doggers - Indialantic, Servers create memorable guest experiences by providing friendly, attentive hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant. They welcome guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, process payments, and help maintain a clean dining room and bar. Servers work with fellow team members to support smooth restaurant operations and contribute to a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Previous serving experience is a plus but is not required; training is available.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Dependable team player willing to help wherever needed.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8-hour shifts.
Ability to safely lift and carry food trays weighing up to 30 pounds.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct calls as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar area.
