About The Position
Bricktown Brewery is hiring a Server at its Memorial Road location in Oklahoma City. The role serves made-from-scratch food and local brews in a lively, community-driven restaurant environment. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with compensation of $2.13 per hour plus tips. Training is provided.
Requirements
- Friendly, professional, customer-focused communication skills.
- Comfort standing and walking for extended periods while carrying food and beverages.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support coworkers.
Nice To Haves
- Prior server experience is a plus, but not required; training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, with attention to presentation and accuracy.
- Provide outstanding customer service by anticipating guests’ needs, answering questions, resolving issues, and helping ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Pre-bus and reset tables, keep dining areas organized, and complete side work.
- Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and teammates to support smooth service.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
