About The Position
The Iberian Pig is a modern Spanish tapas restaurant with locations in Decatur, Atlanta, Nashville, and Charlotte. Its menu features creative, shareable Spanish-inspired tapas, an extensive list of Spanish wines, and craft cocktails, served in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Servers are expected to demonstrate professionalism and hospitality by providing attentive, knowledgeable care to each guest, communicating effectively, and maintaining a confident presence on the floor. The Charlotte location is described as opening soon.
Requirements
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and climb, with a high level of mobility and flexibility in small spaces.
- Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods without breaks during busy times.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
