About The Position
The Iberian Pig is a modern Spanish tapas restaurant with locations in Decatur, Atlanta, Nashville, and Charlotte. Its menu features creative, shareable Spanish-inspired tapas, an extensive selection of Spanish wines, and craft cocktails in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. The service team is expected to demonstrate professionalism and hospitality. The Server Assistant supports servers by managing table setup, cleaning, assisting with food delivery, and keeping the dining room organized to improve service speed, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
