About The Position

The Prep Cook supports timely food service at The Iberian Pig, a modern Spanish tapas restaurant serving creative, shareable Spanish-inspired dishes, Spanish wines, and craft cocktails in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. The role prepares menu items, maintains clean and organized workstations, follows kitchen systems, and communicates effectively with the team. Team members are expected to demonstrate professionalism and hospitality.

Requirements

• Demonstrate professionalism and hospitality.
• Be able to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and maintain a high level of mobility and flexibility in small spaces.
• Be able to stand and walk for extensive periods without breaks during busy times.
• Be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
