About The Position

Red Robin servers are part of the Front of House service team and help deliver a fun, satisfying dining experience to guests. The role includes taking orders using handheld technology and serving food and drinks accurately and in a timely manner. The base pay is $9.00 per hour plus variable tips; hourly pay will not be less than the applicable minimum wage. Servers may also receive referral bonuses and can grow their careers with Red Robin.
