About The Position

The Server position at Premium Cowboys Bar & Grill is a full-time role responsible for providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced casino environment. This role involves interacting with guests, serving a variety of food and beverages, and working collaboratively with the service team to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient operations. The server must be knowledgeable about the casino's various outlets and perform assigned duties with energy and enthusiasm.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with POS.
Attention to cleanliness and safety.
Guest-oriented approach.
Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
Responsible and trustworthy.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
Provide personal service and attention to detail that will exceed guest expectations.
Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the casino.
Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the casino.
