About The Position

The Server Cocktail provides drink service in the River Bar and Grill, ensuring guests are served and that procedures for dispensing alcohol are followed. The role reports to the Beverage Shift Manager. The position pays $6.50 per hour plus tips, and weekly earned wage access is available as an option. Shift and hours may vary based on business demands, holidays, and weekends.

Requirements

• Can obtain and maintain ABLE Certification.
• Can read, write, and understand simple instructions.
• Has 1–3 months of equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Has basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain special promotions.
• Take drink orders and recite available call and premium brands as requested; memorize the available drinks.
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system to notify the bartender.
• Replenish beverages as requested and check back with guests about their satisfaction.
• Deliver beverages to patrons and ensure payment.
• Check and maintain the service station setup and cleanliness before, during, and after each shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas, including removing empty glasses and bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
• Check identification to confirm age compliance for individuals ordering alcoholic beverages.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
