About The Position
Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a Bar Server for Terra Bar. The role is suited to a hardworking, driven hospitality professional who is passionate about service excellence, connects authentically with guests, demonstrates integrity and accountability, and works collaboratively with colleagues. The Bar Server delivers warm, engaging, consistent hospitality in accordance with Four Seasons standards and provides knowledgeable service across the beverage program. The position is regular full-time. The stated pay is $9.00 per hour plus tips. U.S. work authorization is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
Requirements
- Current New Mexico Alcohol Serve certification.
- Current Food Handler certification.
- At least 2 years of experience as a high-end bar server or in restaurant service.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- U.S. work authorization, unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.

Responsibilities
- Follow steps of service to deliver warm, engaging, and consistent hospitality in line with Four Seasons standards.
- Maintain and continually expand knowledge of the beverage program, including wines, cocktails, beers, and specialty spirits, and share detailed ingredient and preparation information with guests.
- Complete side work, greet and seat guests when needed, and operate the MICROS system accurately.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to questions or concerns in a timely and thoughtful manner.
- Close guest checks accurately, process payments, and handle voids or complimentary items according to hotel procedures.
