About The Position
The Bar Server works in a team-oriented, guest-centric environment to provide an extraordinary guest experience. The role involves greeting guests and establishing rapport, guiding them through menus, demonstrating knowledge of beverages and ingredients, taking accurate orders, and coordinating with team members to serve beverages that meet or exceed expectations. The Bar Server provides friendly, attentive service, responds positively to complaints or problems, and follows established health and safety standards. The position is at Paddy ONeills Irish Pub AJs in Rapid City, South Dakota, at The Hotel Alex Johnson.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Proven customer-serving or waitering experience.
- Customer-oriented approach and patience.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on experience with cashier duties.
- Strong people skills.

- Attention to cleanliness and safety.
- High school diploma.
