About The Position
The Bar Server works in a team-oriented, guest-centric environment to provide an exceptional dining experience. The role involves greeting guests, building rapport, guiding them through menus, demonstrating knowledge of beverages and ingredients, taking accurate orders, and coordinating with teammates to deliver beverages that meet or exceed guest expectations. The server provides friendly, attentive service, handles complaints or problems positively, and follows established health, safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Proven customer-serving or waitering experience.
- Customer-oriented approach and patience.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Hands-on experience with cashier duties.
- Strong people skills.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety.
- High school diploma.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to provide an extraordinary guest experience.
