About The Position

Immanuel Communities is hiring a part-time Server at Yankee Hill Village, a community in Lincoln, Nebraska with independent living, assisted living, and memory support apartments. The position works weekday lunch service and serves as an independent lead within daytime dining room services. The Server supports residents and guests and helps ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of dining room serving experience above the level of fast food service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Must complete a background check and drug screen prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables for meals.
• Refill containers and clear dishes.
• Handle food safely.
• Attend to residents’ needs.
• Take phone orders.
• Ensure other servers complete tasks in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Help provide a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests.
