About The Position
The Server works at Grand Hall, Bayside Grill, Southern Roots, or Bucky’s at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection, part of the PCH Hotels & Resorts portfolio. The role provides outstanding service in a lively, welcoming dining atmosphere by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and helping guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Servers share knowledge of the menu and engage with guests in the dining room or on the outdoor patio.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests warmly to help ensure a delightful dining experience.
- Learn menu offerings, including appetizers, salads, pasta, and steaks, to provide recommendations and answer questions.
- Accurately take and enter guest orders, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area and ensure utensils, dishes, and tables are properly set.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to support clear communication and efficient service.
