About The Position
The Server will work at Grand Hall, Bayside Grill, Southern Roots, or Bucky’s at the Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, part of the PCH Hotels & Resorts portfolio. The role provides outstanding service in a lively, welcoming dining atmosphere, helping guests enjoy a memorable experience. Servers take and serve food and beverage orders and use their knowledge of the menu—which includes local fare, shareable appetizers, salads, pasta, steaks, burgers, Woodstone pizzas, and fresh local seafood—to make recommendations and answer questions. Dining settings include an outdoor patio and a dining room.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests warmly to provide a delightful dining experience.
- Learn menu offerings and provide accurate recommendations and answers to guest questions.
- Accurately take and enter guest orders, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area and ensure utensils, dishes, and tables are properly set.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to support clear communication and efficient service.
