About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring a Server for its Front of House team at the Harbor District location. Servers greet customers, serve pizza slices, prepare salads, and operate the register. Customer service is central to the role: servers are expected to create a welcoming experience and help make customers' days. They also keep their work area clean and stocked, complete shift checklists with the team, and help wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant role that requires hustling during shifts while working collaboratively with the crew. No prior experience is required. The restaurant offers training and opportunities for promotion and growth.

The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Typical shifts include lunch (9 or 10 a.m. to 4 or 5 p.m.) and dinner (4 or 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Ideal candidates are available for weekday dinners and weekend shifts. The role is at 2055 S 1st St, Milwaukee, WI 53207.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; IDs are required at orientation.
• Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for long periods.
• Able to regularly lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to work with common allergens, including gluten, dairy, and eggs.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and in a loud, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.
• Availability for weekday dinner shifts and weekend shifts.
