About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring a Harbor District Crew Member to work in its fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Depending on the position, crew members may work as a Cook, stretching, tossing, topping, and baking pizzas, or as a Server, greeting customers, serving slices, preparing salads, and operating the register. Crew members also keep their work areas clean and well-stocked, complete shift checklists with the team, and help where needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. General shifts include lunch (9/10 a.m. to 4/5 p.m.) and dinner (4/5 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Ideal candidates are available for weekday dinners and weekend shifts. The position is located at 2055 S 1st St, Milwaukee, WI 53207.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; IDs are required at orientation.
Able to stand and walk and be on their feet for long periods.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly for Server positions and up to 50 pounds for all other positions.
Able to work with common allergens such as gluten, dairy, and eggs.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
Comfortable working in loud, fast-paced restaurant environments.
