About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring a Server for its Harbor District location. In this Front of House role, you will greet customers, serve pizza slices, prepare salads, and operate the register. Customer service is central to the job: servers are expected to bring a positive attitude and help make customers' visits enjoyable. You will also keep your work area clean and stocked, complete shift checklists with the team, and help wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

The restaurant is fast-paced and high-volume, and the role requires hustling during shifts while working collaboratively with a supportive crew. No prior experience is required. The company offers ongoing training and opportunities for promotion, with growth paths for employees.

The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. General shifts include lunch, approximately 9/10 a.m. to 4/5 p.m., and dinner, approximately 4/5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Ideal candidates are available for weekday dinners and weekend shifts. The position is located at 2055 S 1st St, Milwaukee, WI 53207.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; IDs are required at orientation.
• Able to stand and walk and be on their feet for extended periods.
• Able to regularly lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to work with common allergens, including gluten, dairy, and eggs.
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
• Comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.
• Availability for weekday dinner shifts and weekend shifts.
