About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring a Harbor District Crew Member for its fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. Depending on the position, team members may prepare pizzas as a Cook or serve customers as a Server. The crew works together to keep the restaurant running smoothly and provides a supportive, inclusive environment. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. General shifts include lunch (approximately 9/10 a.m. to 4/5 p.m.) and dinner (approximately 4/5 p.m. to 10 p.m.). Ideal candidates are available for weekday dinners and weekend shifts. The role is located at 2055 S 1st St, Milwaukee, WI 53207.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; IDs are required at orientation.
Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for long periods.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly for Servers and up to 50 pounds for all other positions.
Able to work with common allergens, including gluten, dairy, and eggs.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other kitchen equipment.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and in a loud, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizzas by stretching, tossing, topping, and baking them as a Cook.
Greet customers, serve slices, make salads, and operate the register as a Server.
Keep work areas clean and well-stocked.
Work with the team to complete shift checklists.
Pitch in where needed to help keep the restaurant running smoothly.
