About The Position

Responsible for providing guests with prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverages. The role includes serving food and beverages according to established standards, following the correct sequence of service, and maintaining an assigned station throughout the shift. The Server must also handle guest receipts according to internal controls, maintain proper uniform attire and a name tag, and stay current on casino and resort events and food-and-beverage outlet hours. Any known or observed violations of internal controls or state regulations related to gaming activity must be reported immediately as required by the company Self-Reporting Policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards.
• Follow the correct sequence of service at all times.
• Clear, clean, reset, and maintain the assigned station during the shift.
• Assist other servers as needed.
• Handle guest receipts according to internal controls.
• Maintain proper uniform attire and wear a name tag.
• Stay current on casino and resort events and the hours of operation for all food-and-beverage outlets.
• Immediately inform the on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security, and the Supervisor on Duty of any internal control or state regulation violations related to gaming activity that the employee commits, witnesses, or becomes aware of, in accordance with the company Self-Reporting Policy.
