About The Position

Responsible for providing guests with prompt, friendly, and courteous food and beverage service. The role follows established service standards and the correct sequence of service, maintains an assigned station during the shift, and supports other servers as needed. The server also handles guest receipts according to internal controls, maintains proper uniform attire and a name tag, and stays current on casino and resort events and food-and-beverage outlet hours. Any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity that the employee commits, witnesses, or becomes aware of must be reported immediately to the on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security, and the Supervisor on Duty in accordance with the company Self-Reporting Policy.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards.
• Follow the correct sequence of service.
• Clear, clean, reset, and maintain the assigned station during the shift.
• Assist other servers as needed.
• Handle guest receipts according to internal controls.
• Maintain proper uniform attire and name tag.
• Remain current on casino and resort events and food-and-beverage outlet hours of operation.
• Immediately report relevant Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity to the on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security, and the Supervisor on Duty, pursuant to the company Self-Reporting Policy.
