About The Position

The Server works in the Fine Dining in-house restaurant at Amber Lights, serving food to residents and guests. The restaurant offers made-to-order dining with fresh ingredients, fine china, and evolving seasonal and regional menus. The role includes no late nights. Training is provided.

Requirements

• Maintain required food handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menus, answer questions, and make suggestions about food and service.
• Stay knowledgeable about posted daily specials.
• Write food orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve courses from the kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables at the conclusion of each course.
• Help keep dining tables, chairs, floors, linens, and serving stations clean, bussed, and stocked.
• Maintain required food handler certifications.
