About The Position

Serve food to residents and guests in the community’s fine-dining in-house restaurant. The restaurant offers made-to-order dining with seasonal and regional menus, signature dishes, and daily specials. This role is designed as a fun, team-oriented position and does not involve late nights.

Requirements

• Required food handler certifications must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables and present menus.
• Answer questions and make suggestions about food and service; stay informed about posted daily specials.
• Write food orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve courses from the kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables after each course.
• Help keep dining tables, chairs, floors, linens, and serving stations clean, bussed, and stocked.
• Maintain required food handler certifications.
