About The Position
This role involves installing holiday lights. Each day, you will meet with your team to understand the day's plan, then drive a company vehicle to customers' homes or businesses, often with another team member. You will perform services specific to each customer's needs and may meet with customers to ensure expectations are met. The day concludes with a recap at the Shine office. The company emphasizes a strong team culture, providing all necessary training, technology, and equipment.
Requirements
- Must like to work with people.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
- Must not be afraid of heights.
- Must be able to work outside.
- Strong character, work ethic, and drive to be the best.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of electrical is a plus.
- Experience as a window cleaning expert.
