About The Position
This role involves working as part of a team to install holiday lights for customers. Each day begins with a team meeting to discuss the day's plan. You will then travel in a company vehicle to customer locations to perform services. You may also interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction. The day concludes with a recap at the Shine office.
Requirements
- Must like to work with people
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Must be able to work outside
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of electrical is a plus
Responsibilities
- Meet with the team to understand the day's game plan.
- Drive a company vehicle to customers' homes or businesses.
- Perform services specific to customer needs.
- Meet with customers to ensure expectations are met.
- Recap the day's activities at the Shine office.
