About The Position

Installers meet with the team each day to review the game plan, then travel in a company-provided Shine vehicle—typically with another team member—to customers’ homes or businesses and perform services based on each customer’s needs. Installers may meet with customers to ensure expectations are being met and return to the Shine office at the end of the day to recap. The company provides paid training, equipment, technology, and work shirts. The posting describes starting pay of $15–$18 per hour with potential commissions and bonuses, and also lists compensation of $24–$29 per hour.

Requirements

• Must like working with people.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Strong character, work ethic, and a drive to do the best are sought.
• A willingness to learn is expected.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of electrical work is a plus.
• Prior window-cleaning experience is welcomed but not required.
