About The Position
The Holiday Lights Installer travels with a team member in a company-provided Shine vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses and performs services based on each customer’s needs. The day begins with a team meeting to review the plan and may include meeting with customers to ensure their expectations are being met. At the end of the day, the team returns to the Shine office to recap the day. Paid training is provided, and prior experience is not required. Knowledge of electrical work is a plus.
Requirements
- Enjoy working with people.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be able to lift and carry a ladder weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Not be afraid of heights.
- Be able to work outside.
- Strong character, work ethic, and a drive to do your best.
- Knowledge of electrical work is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Attend a daily team meeting to review the day’s plan.
- Drive a company-provided vehicle to customers’ homes or businesses, typically with another team member.
- Perform services specific to each customer’s needs.
- Meet with customers as needed to ensure their expectations are being met.
- Return to the Shine office at the end of the day to recap.
