About The Position
The Server (Seasonal) joins the Food & Beverage team at Hotel del Coronado, a Curio Collection by Hilton. Servers provide food and drink service while delivering memorable guest experiences and expressing Hilton’s hospitality values. The position is based at the 28-acre Coronado Island resort, which has more than 750 rooms and 10 food and beverage outlets. The role involves interacting warmly with guests, learning menu items and specials, taking and entering orders in the point-of-sale system, delivering orders promptly, maintaining a stocked and organized food service station, and following health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.

Responsibilities
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and look for ways to make guests’ meal experiences special.
- Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to answer guests’ questions confidently.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver completed orders promptly and accurately.
- Keep the food service station fully stocked, clean, and organized.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
