About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Server at Boulevard St Peters in Saint Peters, Missouri. The schedule is Friday and Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The pay range is $15 to $22.75 per hour. The Server welcomes residents, helps create a friendly dining-room environment, and supports meal service through preparation and tidiness. The role also involves observing residents’ dining habits and communicating concerns or absences from meals to supervisors and Wellness staff.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th-grade proficiency.
Have a positive, energetic attitude and enjoy working with residents.
Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and help them feel welcome.
Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster an environment where residents can connect.
Prepare tables and meal items, including salads, and roll silverware.
Bus tables and sweep floors to keep the community tidy.
Communicate with supervisors and Wellness staff when poor dietary habits or unusual appetite changes are observed, or when residents are absent from meals.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist people after a fall.
