About The Position

The Server interacts one-on-one with guests, takes their orders, and ensures guest satisfaction. The role contributes to the organization as an active business partner supporting the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values. The listed wage is $12.16 per hour.

Requirements

Two years of experience as a server or cocktail server in a similar restaurant environment.
Good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of spirits, wine, and food.
Proficiency reading and writing in English, basic math skills, and ability to use a calculator.
Current TIPS certification.
Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to six hours at a time.
Ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously.
Ability to lift 15–40 pounds regularly and continuously.
Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks.
Finger dexterity to operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

Follow the Food & Beverage sequence of service and procedures standardized by venue managers and chefs.
Guide guests through all phases of their experience, maintaining knowledge of the menu and food preparation methods.
Clean equipment, tools, and supplies; maintain equipment in good working order and follow company, division, department, and County health department procedures and policies.
Work as a team and communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff to address guest and associate needs or issues.
Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, humble, thankful, and respectful attitude toward team members.
