About The Position

The Server provides professional service to guests, explains seasonal food and cocktail menus and daily specials, helps set up the dining room, and keeps the restaurant clean and presentable. The ideal candidate is passionate about food and drink, courteous, positive, adaptable to changing conditions, and comfortable in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment. This is a full-time seasonal position. Pay starts at $12.14–$16.00 per hour, plus tips. Duties may vary with business needs, and other tasks may be assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of full-service serving experience, preferably in fine or fine-casual dining.
• At least 1 year of customer service or Front-of-House restaurant experience.
• Familiarity with Micros and NCR.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and ensure guests' needs are met.
• Learn menus and upsell food, wine, and cocktails, including daily specials.
• Assist with setting up the dining room.
• Maintain clean and presentable facilities.
• Perform additional service tasks as needed.
