About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager establishes and maintains Guest Services and supports the Store Manager with the overall operation of the store. The role helps ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have prior retail and/or management experience. The job involves standing, walking, and climbing ladders for more than eight hours, as well as lifting up to 50 pounds.
