About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and overseeing the operation of a store. The role is accountable for achieving maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses and shrinkage, managing human resources, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have prior retail management experience. The job requires more than eight hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
