About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a part-time, on-call Server for Grand Lodge, located at 4400 South 80th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Grand Lodge has 109 independent and 10 assisted living apartment homes. Shifts are as needed and may include weekday evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and weekends from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., including holidays. The position pays up to $16.15 per hour, straight pay with no tips; pay is based on experience, certifications, skills, and education. Applicants must be at least 14 years old. A background check and drug screen are required before hire. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Servers take orders and serve food to residents and guests courteously and professionally. They prepare dining and kitchen areas for meals, clear tables, attend to diners’ needs, handle food safely, deliver food to apartments, and clean kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 14 years old.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• A background check and drug screen are required prior to hire.
