About The Position

Immanuel Communities is seeking a part-time, on-call Server for Grand Lodge, located at 4400 South 80th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Grand Lodge has 109 independent living and 10 assisted living apartment homes. Shifts are scheduled as needed and include some weekday evenings from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and weekends from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., including holidays. Applicants must be at least 14 years old. The position pays up to $16.15 per hour, with straight pay and no tips; pay is based on experience, certifications, skills, and education.

The Server takes orders and serves food to residents and guests courteously and professionally. The role also involves preparing dining and kitchen areas for meals, clearing tables, attending to diners’ needs, handling food safely, delivering food to apartments, and cleaning kitchen and dining areas. Previous food service experience is preferred. A background check and drug screen are required before hire. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
