About The Position
Venue 252, a state-of-the-art urban event space in Eugene, is seeking on-call teammates. The modern venue offers food service for intimate parties and large-scale events. Staff are expected to create a pleasant atmosphere and provide professional, friendly customer service. On-call Server positions start at $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- A current food handler card or ServSafe certificate.
- Must be at least 18 years old for the Server position.
Nice To Haves
- Catering experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with large-party functions, special events, and intimate dining experiences is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Understand how a fast-paced kitchen functions and operates.
- Accurately prepare customer food orders promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the quality and consistency of food and the quality and volume of work.
- Maintain a flexible schedule.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
