Server (Full Time)
About The Position
The Server at Drake Terrace provides exemplary customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests. This is a full-time role scheduled Monday through Wednesday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., and Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; Thursday and Sunday are days off. The pay range is $18.50–$19 per hour, with a $1,000 hiring bonus. The role includes performing dining steps of service, greeting and escorting residents in dining venues, assisting residents with requests, maintaining clean dining spaces, and ensuring proper table settings. A Food Handler’s certification is required as applicable. High school graduation and serving experience are preferred. Employment offers are subject to a pre-employment process that includes a drug screen, job-specific physical, TB test, and background check. The company covers the costs of these pre-hire requirements. Responsibilities
- Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed.
- Know the daily menu and assist residents with their requests.
- Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings.
- Perform other related duties as required.
