About The Position
Creative Dining Services is seeking friendly, experienced Servers to serve residents at Royal Park Place retirement living in Zeeland, Michigan. The role involves providing attentive table service during meal periods and supporting a relaxed, friendly dining atmosphere. Prior serving or waiting-table experience is required. The schedule varies by day, generally 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and weekend availability is required. A background check, fingerprinting, and drug screen are required. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry trays containing hot liquids. The work environment may include hot, humid, or cold conditions.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide professional, courteous, and attentive table service to residents during meal periods.
- Help residents choose menu items by answering questions and explaining meal offerings.
- Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
- Collaborate with culinary and dining team members to accommodate resident preferences and dietary requirements.
- Provide beverages, refills, and other hospitality-related service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
- Clear and reset tables according to community standards.
- Support special events, celebrations, and community dining functions as assigned.
- Promote hospitality, respect, and resident-centered service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
