Server Full Time Day Shift
About The Position
Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village is hiring a full-time daytime Dining Server for its senior living community. The role serves residents through a variety of dining activities, creating a high-quality dining experience while protecting residents’ health, safety, and well-being. Servers are expected to demonstrate compassion and a genuine interest in serving older adults. Shifts run from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and cover breakfast and lunch. Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability is needed. This is a benefit-eligible, non-gratuity position with guaranteed hours. The starting wage is $19.79–$20.86 per hour, or more depending on experience, with opportunities for increases and growth. Experience is preferred but not required; training is available.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Passion for hospitality and service.
- Genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, including performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe.
- Willingness to continue learning and improving skills, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure with residents, family members, and guests.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability for weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts.
